Flexifit

Group exercise is a wonderful place to meet new friends and get fit.
My community classes are welcoming and friendly and we all have a coffee and a catch up after class.

A fun exercise to music class. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to exercise or retuning to exercise, you’ll soon improve your posture, strength and balance.

Just Sit Fit

This is a safe and gentle chair based exercise class with some standing work. If you’re a little less mobile this is the perfect class for you. You can exercise at your pace, and after a few weeks you’ll begin to feel the benefits.

Mellow Hatha Flow

This class is a gentle Hatha yoga class ideal for those who like to take things a little steadier, perhaps who are more mature,  who have health conditions, physical difficulties/injuries/dodgy knees, are feeling burned out, or those who perhaps have a lot going on in life and just need some head space and gentle movement etc. The use of a Chair (provided) is welcome and encouraged where it might help.  If you are looking for something more dynamic/energetic, please consider my other classes here at TGVH – Wednesday’s 9.30am and Thursdays 6pm’’

Qigong

Qigong pronounced as ‘chi gung’ is a sequence of slow movements which promote balance, flexibility and can improve circulation.

Qi means energy

Gong means practice

The goal of qigong is to keep the body in flow by moving the meridian system.

Qigong movements help release stress leaving you feeling lighter and calmer and allowing the natural flow of energy move through the body and meridian system.
